Here is a small sample (among thousands!) of what fellow Vets are saying:
I have already received 22 responses from guys that I haven't seen in over 40 years.  Love it!
Larry M. Easton Sr. USN, '58 - '64, FDR (CVA-42) and the Shangri-La (CVA-38)
Can't find the USS Ocklawaha (AO-84) on your website.  If there is not a charge, please add her.
What you are doing sounds like a good idea to me.
Bill Parker, USN
I was a USAF Meteorologist conducting pilot briefings for missions in both Utah
and Alaska, '55 -'59.  Great site, great photos, keep up the good work!   I'll pass it on.
Dr. Al Krug, USAF, AFSC (15W3), Lancaster, California
Thanks for such a quick response.  I wish our government was on top of things as you are.
M.J. Clayton, Marines '68 -'71, (Nam '69 - '70)
As a U.S. Navy veteran of the 50s era, I have derived many hours of enjoyment from browsing the
VetsRollCall website, and through it, I was able to learn about my ship's later history and the
commencement of the annual ship's reunions a few years ago. I am pleased with, and continue to
enjoy the excellent content of this important website.
H.E. (Gene) Davis, RM2, USN, 1955-'58, Bellevue, Washington
Hope your site does really well!  Semper Fidelis !
Dave, USMC, Embassy Guard - Kabul and Saigon (not Ho Chi Minh City)
Thank you for sending the email to my father.  I am sorry to inform you that he passed away on
June 19, 2001.  I know he would have loved to have participated on your website.  He liked to
participate in things and communicate with people from the military.  Thank you again!
Linda B. Plymale (daughter of Robert C. Baddaker, USN)
Your site keeps getting better and better… BRAVO ZULU!!!
Herb Mesler, RMC (USNR)
I've tried several other web sites, both free and otherwise, looking for old shipmates with limited success. When I gave yours a shot, within 3 minutes, I found six mates (including one I'd looked for repeatedly). I have passed it along to all the vets on my mailing list.  Good job and THANKS!
Mike Ferguson, LT, USN (retired)
I THINK THIS IS FANTASTIC !!!!!
J. Moore, WAVE, U.S.N
Forgot to mention the outstanding C-130 crews that kept us supplied when we were up at Dak To in 1967.  I've been aboard one, loaded, landing downwind, on a rainy night, with only 2,000 feet of wet runway.  Now that's a true "E-ticket" ride!  We lost a few to NVA mortars, but the Air Force
never let us run out of ammo, beer or food. USAF gun ships like Spooky, Shadow and Puff were over us most nights like guardian angels.  Dan, I'll add vetsrollcall to my list of displayed favorites and visit your site often checking for buddies.
Tillman (Grunt) Jeffrey , USMC Manteca, California
I heard about your website on the Jones College radio station.
Thanks for the opportunity to use your website.
Clarence R. "Dick"  Talbert, US Veteran, Saint Augustine, Florida
I built and maintain a web page for my local VFW Post and have added a link to your web portal.
Yours in Comradeship,

My father was a sailor with the fleet on D-Day.
I would dearly love to contact anyone still alive who remembers him.
What a wonderful web site!
Joy Flemington - Albert Brunt's daughter
I've gotten in touch with several old shipmates.  Thanks for the great web site!
Jeff McCormick, formerly, USN, ETC (SS)

Sure enjoyed this site!  I did pass it on to some Marine buddies.  Thanks so much.
